122) H,C,O normalized to CO2 primary beam with background subtracted (filled symbols). These values are a combination of truly reflected particles and particles sputtered by the primary beam. The background was measured by turning the setup out of the beam. The sputtered only fraction of H,C,O was calculated using the N2 data (background is also subtracted) (open symbols): CSV file, NIB_20010226_153730.hst.H.C.O.subtracted.pdf

NICE Sensor
Efficiency
400) Efficiency for a NICE sensor. Oxygen data from alls three surfaces were combined and scaled to BaZrO3 @ 260eV = 0.02. This value assumes that the extraction system collects particles that are scattered away in an 25degx25deg solid angle with 100% efficiency. TOF detection efficiency was assumed to be 0.5. (combined with 20% reflection efficiency and 20% ionization efficiency of the surface this yields 0.02). CSV file, nice_sensor.pdf
401) Efficiency for a NICE sensor including ILENA data normalized to NICE results at 260eV per atom. CSV file, nice_sensor.ilena.pdf
